Superior Home Care and Hospice receives a “zero deficiency survey” this year, 2019, from the Home Health Medicare State Surveyors. The state surveyors conduct an in depth review of the entire hospice program every 3 years.

Administrator, Andrea Havacko, addresses the hospice team: “I have great news, we had a zero deficiencies survey! Thank you all for your hard work and diligence. The surveyors were so impressed with you all, and said they had never seen such great communication and clear documentation in patient charts. They said they could tell that Superior Hospice provides excellent care to all patients. This score says great things about our agency and praises so many of our long term employees who have worked to get us to where we are at today” (2019).
